Regenerate delivers the No Limits Local Enterprise Growth Initiative which aims to transform the enterprise culture and business growth potential in Pennine Lancashire. A new paper, Local Enterprise Works, sets out the achievements of No Limits and 19 other LEGI areas in Britain, and argues that any new approach to building a more resilient and competitive economy will need to encourage enterprise at all levels of society.
