Development of websites with full electronic trading capability - i.e. payment and billing online. Marketing and promotional materials; Training directly linked to the business activity. Ineligible projects could include any items required through Hire Purchase or Lease arrangements, premises improvement or purchase of premises, staff salary costs, business rates bills, rent to landlord and vehicles.
