Summary

The service offers SME’s with the potential for high growth, up to 10 days of design and innovation focussed mentoring over a 6-18 month period.

The service is tailored to individual business needs, to increase growth competitiveness through putting design at the centre of business strategy.

 The service is delivered through a series of steps:

•  Identifying medium to long term strategic business challenges
•  Defining the practical projects and programmes of work that will overcome these challenges
•  Action planning to ensure projects and programmes are moved forward with momentum to implement change.
•  Support to implement the changes
• Design Associates will also be able to identify other specialist help that your business may need

Funding:

Workshops, Services and Design Associate support are free. The only direct cost to business would be investment in the resulting design project, and senior management time spent on projects lasting from 6 -18 months. Each design project is different, but as a general guide businesses have seen substantial returns on design investments between £5,000 and £14,000.
