How you can get involved:

Work Experience: lack of work experience can be a real barrier for young people. They might not be prepared for the routine of working. You could help by offering a young person the chance to gain valuable experience in a working environment.

You don’t need to have a vacancy to be able to offer a placement between 2 and 8 weeks. We will continue to pay their benefit and may be able to help them with childcare and travel costs. Many young unemployed people are eager to develop their skills and work experience.
