An informal, upbeat session for anyone thinking of starting a business.
This 1 hour session will help you to set out a realistic path when planning your business.

A great starting point covering the ‘ins and outs’ of running a business.

Business Essentials

The workshop will cover the essential elements of starting a business including:

  • Marketing
  • Competitors
  • Researching your market
  • Must know legal, tax and financial facts
  • Understanding and appreciating cash flow and profit and loss

Business Planning

This workshop will help you to pull together all your hard work so far in a straight forward and meaningful way.  You will develop your own personal business plan and have a clear understanding of your business goals. 

Selling Made Easy

The workshop will cover all aspects of selling including:

  • Sales introductions & openings
  • Effective questioning & customer needs analysis
  • Dealing with objections
  • Negotiating
  • Closing the deal
  • Follow-up
